The Great New York State Fair

The Great New York State Fair runs from August 22 until September 2 in Syracuse, New York.

Several of the New York Cheesemakers whose cheese is available in our Saratoga Cheese Department participated in the  Fair’s 2013 Dairy Products Competition and were awarded for their wonderful cheese and all the hard work involved in producing it.
