Fresh From the Healthy Living Garden!
Have you noticed our fabulous little veg garden as you drive into our parking lot? It’s a project close to our hearts, planted and tended by Meg Giroux of Vermont Edible Landscapes. The purple bok choy is gorgeous, the tomatoes are coming along and check out the strawberries harvested today.
We’ve been working with Meg to install an amazing mix of edible plants on our property. Instead of the usual landscape plants, we’re slowing changing over to edibles. How cool is that?!? Thanks to Meg, who’s doing a great job.
