We are so excited to introduce you to our featured June beer and cheese pairing!

If you want to try something new and different, but are unsure about the traditional, assertive taste of traditional goat cheeses, boy have we found the cheese for you! Cablanca is a Goat Gouda, produced in Holland from 100% fresh goat’s milk . It has a delicate, citrus tanginess with a firm but creamy texture. Mild in flavor, it is suitable for beginners of goat cheese. It is perfect cubed on its own or shredded on salads, melted on toast or tossed with some cooked vegetables!

MO is a Pale Ale produced by Maine Beer Company, located in Freeport, Maine. It was their first run at an American Pale Ale, and boy has it become a huge hit! Flavors and aromas of zesty citrus, passion fruit and pine present themselves throughout this sensory experience. A very subtle malt sweetness is added for balance, but MO ends with a lovely dry finish.

We love this combination together because the citrusy character and touch of sweetness of MO really helps to bring out the creamy, tangy bite of Cablanca Goat Gouda.
