Organic Koginut Squash – A designer squash?!? Yes! This adorable little pumpkin offers sweetness and smooth texture, along with an incredible story. Developed in NY state by seed company Row 7, this team of plant breeders, chefs, and buyers are producing new varieties of vegetables with an obsessive attention to flavor and yield. A portion of the sales of their seeds goes to support Cornell University in gratitude for their partnership!

Magenta Dragon Fruit – For such a mild superfruit, dragon fruit never fails to impress with its vibrant colors and frankly alien appearance! We love to eat it with lime and salt, tossed into salads, or in our morning smoothies.

Organic Opal, Envy, and Lady Alice Apples – Late fall is a great time to try out some newer apple varieties! Opals are yellow, firm, and naturally resistant to browning, which makes them excellent for salads and cheese boards. Envy apples are a favorite with their crisp texture, sweet juiciness, and astonishingly red color. Last but not least, Lady Alice are a beautiful red apple with a complex flavor – definite notes of cinnamon, clove, and spiciness amid the sweetness.

All eggs from Early Bird Farmer Co-Op are cage free conventional brown, NON-GMO, certified Humane, and graded and packed by Hidden Camp Farm.
