PRODUCE

Zucchini, Zephyr, Cucumber, oh, my! It’s peak local produce season! We’re rocking with tons of local organic zucchini, summer squash, zephyr squash, slicing cucumbers, thin skinned cucumbers, and pickling cucumbers, too!

Heirloom Tomatoes are here in their myriad of shapes, colors, and flavors! Every year we see everything from monster sized Pink Brandywine tomatoes to the tiniest Red Currant Cherries.  Our faves include Cherokee Purple, Green Zebra, Sakura Cherry, and the sweetest Sungold Cherry – but really, it’s impossible to go wrong with any of them.

Local Basil – And what is a tomato without basil? We think it’s still delicious, but we do have lots and lots of basil grown by our farmer friends, too. Roots on, roots off, hydroponic, entirely soil grown organic, we have several different options to choose from.

Coming soon – Local Organic Corn! Our friends at River Berry Farm, Full Moon Farm, and Golden Russet Farm grow the sweetest organic corn we know. It was knee high by the Fourth of July, and all signs point to a great harvest!
