Banana Berry Smoothie
- 1 cup maple yogurt
- ½ cup juice of your choice
- 1 cup assorted frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc)
- 1 ripe banana
- Additional maple syrup if needed
Place all ingredients in a blender with a steel blade and blend until smooth. If you like your smoothie a bit sweeter, add additional maple syrup to taste. If you are adding nutritional additions to your shake, add them at the beginning in the quantities suggested on the package.
