Citrus Jasmine Rice

  • 2 cups white basmati rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 TB orange puree
  • 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley

From our cafe hot bar-

Add rice and salt to water in a medium pot. Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer until done, about 20 minutes. When done, let cool for about 10 minutes and then fold in the remaining ingredients.
