Healthy Living Cafe Olive Salad
- 1 cup manzanilla olives
- 1 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 cup capers, drained
- ½ cup roasted red pepper
- 1 cup celery, small dice
- 1 TB minced garlic
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp ground black pepper
A salty-tangy lovely creation from our cafe. Fantastic with a cheese plate, good crackers and some wine!
Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped. Do not puree! Transfer to a bowl and mix in the oil.
