Indian Fresh Peach Salad

  • 2½ lbs fresh peaches
  • 3 TB sugar or 1½ TB agave syrup
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1½ tsp ground roasted cumin
  • 1½ TB fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp or less cayenne pepper

Peel and slice the peaches. Place them in a serving bowl, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and serve.
