Quinoa Breakfast Porridge
- 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 2-2 1/2 cups cooked quinoa, warm or cold
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
This breakfast porridge is a healthy and delicious way to start your day!
Optional toppings: blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Nuts or Seeds
In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, quinoa, honey and the coconut flakes and stir. Mix in the mashed banana and add the spices. Stir and serve with your choice of toppings!
