Spicy Black Bean Dip

1 can (15 ounces) cooked black beans, drained and rinsed

⅓ cup red onions, small diced

⅓ cup fresh tomatoes, small diced

3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

3 Tbsp canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

1 ½ tsp ground cumin

¾ tsp ground coriander

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

2 Tbsp olive oil

¼ cup tahini

Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Puree all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.  
  2. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
