When you say WHOOPIE!!! We say PIE!!! My name is Sarah, and as the Pastry Chef/Owner of the Flour Girl Bakeshop- I believe that if you are going to have a treat, do it right. I always use the best quality ingredients and strive to keep it local and organic as much as possible. As a professional pastry chef for the past eighteen years, I knew when I started my own business I would make the desserts I LOVE. I think that shows in my products. Specializing in the classic American desserts I grew up with, everything is prepared in small batches, made fresh to order. Our Whoopie Pies have quickly become a signature item; they are one of my personal favorites, and birthday cake of choice. I hope you love them as much as I do.
