Blueberry Lemonade
- 10 lemons
- 1 cup sugar
- fresh blueberries
- water
- ice
In a small saucepan combine the sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil to dissolve the sugar. Set the sugar-water aside to cool. Muddle 1 cup of blueberries in the bottom of a large pitcher. Juice the lemons into the pitcher, making sure to strain out the seeds. Add the cooled sugar-water and ice. Add enough water until the lemonade is as mild as you like. Serve with fresh blueberries and fresh mint
