Chèvre with Toasted Hazelnuts & Honey

  • 1 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 10.5 oz of chèvre
  • 3-4 Tbsp honey
  • 1 package of thin whole grain crackers
  • Salt, to taste

In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp of butter over medium-high heat. Add the nuts and stir to coat. Continue stirring until the nuts are toasted. Remove from heat and salt to taste. Spread crackers with a generous amount of chèvre. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and drizzle with honey.
