Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

-1 pound fresh mushrooms; wiped clean and stems removed and saved

-1 shallot; minced

-2/3 cup stuffing

-1/2 cup lump crab meat

-3 scallions; minced

-Zest of one lemon

-Juice of one lemon

-1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

-1 egg

-Heavy cream

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Take extra mushroom stems and mince fine. In a bowl combine them, stuffing, crab, scallions, shallot, zest, juice, Worcestershire and egg and mix well. Place mushroom caps hole up in a baking dish and fill each with a heaping teaspoon of crab mixture. Pour heavy cream over the top and bake for 25-25 minutes until golden brown.
