HL Café’s Pesto Red Pepper Naan Pizza

  • 1 naan bread, either homemade or store-bought
  • 1 Tbsp basil pesto
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 jarred roasted red pepper, julienned

Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  Slather the naan with pesto, top with shredded mozzarella and roasted red pepper, and bake until cheese is melted and becoming golden brown, about 5-10 minutes.
