Pico de Gallo
-1 large tomato; diced
-1/2 red onion; diced small
-2 cloves garlic; minced
-2 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves; minced
-1 jalapeno; minced (optional)
-Juice of one lime
-Salt; to taste
Combine all ingredients and serve with chips or your favorite Mexican dish!
