Spicy Noodles

1 pound linguine, cooked and cooled

¼ cup scallions, sliced thin

⅔ cup shredded carrots

2 ½ Tbsp Melinda’s hot sauce

¼ cup tahini

1 ½ Tbsp maple syrup

¾ tsp fresh ginger, grated

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

½ tsp sesame oil

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Serve cold.
