Lemon Tahini Sauce
- ½ cup tahini
- 1 TB tamari soy sauce
- ½ cup water
- 2 TB red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 2 TB lemon juice
- ½ cup olive oil
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor and puree until smooth. Add oil in the thin stream and blend until smooth. Serve with falafel or use as a salad dressing.
