Melinda’s Spicy Noodles
- 1 lb linguini
- 4 scallions, minced
- ¾ cup shredded carrots
- ½ bottle Melinda’s hot sauce
- ½ cup tamari
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 ¼ TB maple syrup
- ¾ tsp ginger puree
- 1/8 cup vegetable oil
- 1 ½ tsp sesame oil
From our cafe- really yummy!
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta, stir, cover with lid until water returns to a boil, stir again and let cook until pasta is al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, drain well. Place in a serving bowl. While pasta is cooking, combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl and thoroughly whisk together. Adjust seasonings to taste as needed. Pour dressing over noodles and mix well.
