Sparkling Sangria
- 3/4 cup watermelon, cubed
- 3/4 cup honeydew, cubed
- 3/4 cup cantaloupe, cubed
- 13 mint leaves
- Juice from 1/2 a lime.
- 1 bottle (750ml) Zonin Prosecco or your sparkling wine of choice.
In a pitcher, combine the chilled sparkling wine, mint leaves, lime juice and fruit. Muddle the fruit and the mint leaves in the pitcher with a wooden spoon or potato masher (if it will fit in your container of choice!) Serve immediately (the longer the sparkling wine sits, the less sparkling it will be!)
Serve the sangria in chilled ice-filled wine glasses and garnish with infused fruit. Enjoy!
