Truffled Yukon Gold Potato Gratin

  • 3lbs. yukon gold potatoes sliced thin
  • 2 yellow onions sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup garlic sliced thin
  • 2 pints Butterworks farm heavy cream
  • 2 cups grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
  • 1 container D’artagnan white truffle butter
  • Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper to taste

Combine potatoes, onions, garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Put ingredients into a baking dish. Bring cream and butter to a boil and pour over potato mixture and sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 45-60 minutes or until top of gratin is golden brown.
