Watermelon Lemonade
- 2/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup sugar
- Juice of 5 lemons
- 7 cups water
- 1/3 watermelon, rind removed
A delicious summertime twist on classic lemonade!
Make a simple syrup by combining the 2/3 cup water with the sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, muddle the watermelon in the serving pitcher. Add the simple syrup, lemon juice, and 7 cups water and stir to combine. Pour over ice.
