Sesame Noodles
- ¼ cup sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- 7 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp balsamic or Chinese black vinegar
- 3½ Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp Kosher salt
- 2 tsp chili oil or chili flakes
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 14-ounce package cooked Chinese noodles
- Scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
Cook noodles according to instructions on package. Mix the remaining ingredients (except the garnish) together in a large bowl. When noodles are done, drain them and toss with the marinade. Garnish with chopped scallion and sesame seeds. Makes 6-8 side servings.
