Peanut Sauce
- 1- 14 oz can of coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp red curry paste
- 4 Tbsp fish sauce
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 cup ground roast peanuts
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Turn burner on to medium low-medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve with anything and everything!
