Grilled Fluffernutter with Bacon
- 2 slices of white bread
- 2 Tbsp butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp ricemellow fluff or marshmallow fluff
- 3 slices bacon, fried
Spread butter on one side of each piece of bread. Spread the peanut butter
onto the non-buttered sides of the bread, followed by the marshmallow fluff.
Place the bacon on top of peanut butter and press the sandwich together.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the pan and
grill until both sides are golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per sides. Serve
immediately.
