Wok Fried Greens
- 6 ounces dark leafy greens
- 4 cloves garlic; coarsely chopped
- 2-3 Tbsp peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp ponzu
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sugar
Heat a large wok or saute pan to high heat. Add peanut oil and heat until piping hot. Add greens to pan and toss rapidly for 1-2 minutes until lightly charred and wilted. Add garlic and toss for another 15-30 seconds to lightly cook garlic. Remove from pan and reserve. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Drizzle over greens and serve immediately
