Baked Fontina

  • 8 oz.  Fontina Cheese
  • 2 tsp thyme; minced
  • 1 tsp rosemary; minced
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic; minced
  • 1 loaf of crusty bread; cut into slices
  • Special equipment; cast iron pan

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut cheese into small squares. Place in cast iron pan. Top with rosemary, thyme, and garlic. Bake for 8-12 minutes. Serve warm!
