Heady Topper Chicken Wings

  • 1.5- 2lbs of chicken wings
  • Juice of 1/2 of lemon
  • 2 Tbsp habanero hot sauce
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 C Heady Topper
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 2 Tbsp garlic
  • Salt; to taste

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place wings in a single layer on baking rack. Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes or until crisp. In sauce pan on medium-low melt butter. Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.  Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, hot sauce, honey and beer and mix well. Salt to taste. Toss wings in sauce in a large bowl.
