Peanut Sauce

  • 1- 14 oz can of coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp red curry paste
  • 4 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup ground roast peanuts

Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Turn burner on to medium low-medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve with anything and everything!
