Summer Berry Banana Smoothie
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 heaping cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 large banana, peeled & sliced
- 1 cup fresh orange or pineapple juice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, freeze all fruit ahead of time and then blend together.
