Zesty Taco Meat

  • 16 oz ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 yellow onion; diced
  • Salt and pepper; as needed
  • Olive oil; as needed

Heat a skillet on medium heat with a few tablespoons of olive oil. Add meat and spread throughout pan. Wait until meat begins to brown and then stir. Cook for 3-4 more minutes until cooked through. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add spices and salt and pepper to taste and cook until fragrant.
