Tortilla Española

  • 2-3 potatoes cut in squares
  • 1 onion
  • 5 eggs
  • olive oil
  • salt

Cook the potatoes in a nonstick pan with olive oil, add some salt.

When the potatoes are almost done add the onion.

In a bowl beat the eggs and add some salt.

Add the cooked potatoes and onion to the bowl of eggs and mix it together.

Add the mixture to the pan and cook until the egg is almost done then turn the tortilla.

Cook evenly on each side.
