Traditional Greek Salad with Fresh Feta

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, cut in wedges
  • 1 green pepper, large dice
  • 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives
  • 3 oz feta cheese
  • Good extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried Greek oregano
  • Kosher Salt and fresh cracked black pepper

Combine the veggies and olives in a large serving bowl.  Crumble cheese over the top.  Drizzle with a good amount of olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Serve and enjoy!
