Classic Greek Dressing
- 1/2 cup EVOO
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves; minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano; minced
- 2 Tbsp feta cheese; crumbled
- Salt and pepper; to taste
Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, as desired. Toss with a salad of lettuce, red onions, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, and anything else you please.
