Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon; juiced
- 2 garlic cloves; minced
- 1 large cucumber; diced
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill; minced
- 2 Tbsp fresh mint; minced
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper; as needed
Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
