Zabaglione with Fresh Strawberries and Chocolate

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 4 Tbsp marsala
  • Strawberries
  • Chocolate Sauce

Bring a saucepan of water to a low boil. In a stainless steel bowl, about the same size

as the pot, add all ingredients and whisk until light and frothy. Bring over the pot of

water and whisk very rapidly until thickened like pudding. Take on and off the heat as

needed to avoid scrambling eggs. Serve warm with strawberries and chocolate sauce or

bits.
