Avocado Chocolate Mousse
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/3-1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
In a Cuisinart puree avocados until smooth. Add maple syrup, cacao powder, and vanilla extract and mix for another minute. Serve immediately!
