Healthy Living House Made BBQ Sauce  

  • 16 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp molasses
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp dijon
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp tamari
  • 1 Tbsp rice syrup
  • 1/2 oz espresso
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic; finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic Powder
  • 1/2  tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 1 hour.
