Peanut Butter Banana Wontons

  • 1 banana; diced small
  • 1/4 cup of peanut butter (we like creamy!)
  • 15 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil; as needed

Take banana and peanut butter and mix together in a small bowl. Scoop one teaspoon of mixture into the center of wonton wrapper, fold into a triangle, coat edges with water, and seal by making small folds all along the edges. Set aside and continue that pattern until all wontons are rolled. Heat a nonstick pan to medium high. Add on tablespoon of vegetable oil and as many wontons as you can fit in the pan. Cook until browned on one side, flip, add 2-4 tablespoons of water, cover and let simmer for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Transfer to plate and serve warm with marshmallow fluff!
