Ponzu Dipping Sauce

Perfect to pair with your favorite dumplings!

1/2 cup soy sauce (try tamari or liquid aminos for a gluten free option!)

1/4 cup water

2 Tbsp. rice vinegar

3 Tbsp. sugar

Zest and Juice of 1/2 lime

Zest and Juice of 1/2 orange

1/2” piece of ginger; peeled and minced

1/2 serrano chile; stemmed and sliced

1 scallion; thinly sliced

 

In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with a whisk until sugar has dissolved. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, and serve room temperature for dipping!
