Quick Pickles

Fast, easy, and fresh!

1 english cucumber; thinly sliced

1 Tbsp. sugar

1 Tbsp. salt

1 tsp. rice vinegar


Place cucumbers in a mixing bowl and toss with sugar and salt to coat. Allow cucumbers to sit for 5-10 minutes in the fridge. Lightly rinse the pickles and toss with vinegar. Add more salt or sugar to taste, and serve with hot BBQ pork buns!
