Healthy Living Cafe’s Oliver’s Noodles

  • 12 oz linguini
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 2 Tbsp tamari soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 Tbsp rice syrup
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 3/4 tsp chili flakes
  • About 1/3 bunch of cilantro, roughly chopped

In a large pot cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Do not overcook. Drain, rinse, and set aside. Combine all ingredients except cilantro into a Cuisinart or blender. Puree until sauce until desire consistency. In a large bowl combine sauce with the pasta and mix well. Salt to taste. Serve garnished with cilantro.
